What Will My Move Cost?
Basic transportation charges are calculated on:

the actual weight of your belongings
-
where you are moving from and to
-
the distance your belongings will travel
Your total cost (unless you have a binding estimate) includes
-
the basic transportation charges
-
charges for protecting the value of your belongings
-
fuel surcharges
-
any accessorial charges performed
All of these things are based on a published tariff of charges.

Are you Insured?
Real Insurance Coverage
For your convenience, we have provided a Declaration Form that you can use to list valuable property and a Claims Form that you can use to report loss or damage, if any should occur. For more information about our insurance policies and available coverages, please give us a call at (800) 561-2929, and we will be happy to provide details.

It is rare one has the opportunity to observe a job well done. And especially over such a length of time. I would like to bring to your attention the professionalism that made my move a very effortless endeavor the last couple of days in October 2007! Yes! October.
Thinking about the 13 or so moves I have made over the years, I can single this one out as one of the more professional.
From the 1st contact with Julie Neisemier and Dan as I was gathering estimates from various moving companies, I know that Hampton Roads Moving & Storage was the one to choose.
My packers on the 1st day were excellent as were the following days. I hope I have their names correct because they deserve commendation for a job well done!
Steve, Will Mason, Shawn & Hillary were so helpful. On day one there was another lady who was incredible in packing. I did not get her name but I believe she was with your company for a number of years. She was somewhat shy and so busy packing!
Your company also sent a supervisor to pack a marble piece from a cabinet. He was extremely professional, explaining every step- just in case I had any anxieties. But being honest- I did not have any. I entrusted my hard earned belongings into their hands.
On your level, I am not sure how much feed back you get, but even after a period of 6 months , I felt compelled to write & let you know! I am thinking that your leadership must demand professionalism otherwise it usually doesn’t happen.
I would especially bring to your attention- Will Mason. What a kind and hard-working individual. Actually they all were, but he especially so.
I hope you are proud of your employees. As it is by my word of mouth that truth is known.
